Un edificio contemporáneo en la ciudad histórica que ha sido resultado del acuerdo de numerosos operadores, en una apuesta conjunta por reflexionar sobre el papel de la arquitectura en la nueva habitabilidad que la ciudad demanda.
El edificio se plantea como un experimento en el corazón de la ciudad, que  permite reconsiderar aspectos como:
  • La implantación tipológica del edificio en el solar, que se separa de los muros medianeros colindantes.
  • La utilización de nuevos materiales y la investigación en nuevas soluciones constructivas para una fachada no tradicional, de muy poco espesor y gran versatilidad, limpieza y rapidez de montaje. 
  • La recuperación del pulso creativo en el entorno histórico de la ciudad.

A contemporary building in the historic city that has been a result of the agreement of many operators in a joint commitment to reflect on the role of architecture in the new habitability demanded by the city.The building is planned as an experiment in the heart of the city, which allows reconsider aspects such as :
  • Typological implementation of the building on the site , which is separated from the adjacent dividing walls .
  • The use of new materials and new constructive solutions research for a non-traditional facade, very thin and versatility , cleaning and fast assembly 
  • The recovery of the creative pulse in the historic atmosphere of the city.
