La propuesta sugiere un doble carácter de conservación y renovación. Por una parte, la continuidad del espacio del juego de pelota abrigado por el edificio existente, en el cual solo se interviene para su restauración y adaptación a las diferentes normativas. Por otra, crear en el espacio del propio juego y partiendo de él, un espacio de posibilidad, que albergue otros usos en los horarios y ocasiones en los que el juego de pelota no está teniendo lugar​. La clave está en considerar los modos de generar las diferentes particiones del juego de una forma más cuidada. 

El sistema de división y transformación de pistas, se realiza con vidrios y mallas, materiales que permiten transparencia y flexibilidad. Se propone un sistema de movilización de los paneles verticales, que pueden recogerse en el extremo de la pista dejando completamente diáfano el espacio para que tenga lugar el juego.​ Estos mismos paneles conformarán en otros momentos un sistema de salas de diferentes tamaños, capaces de albergar diversas actividades privadas, que se pueden gestionar mediante un sistema de alquiler de espacios: exposiciones, salas de conferencias, degustaciones de productos, presentaciones etc. Estas salas de menor tamaño requieren también menos altura de techos, por lo que un sistema de planos colgados que se movilizan por carriles, permitirá obtener mayor o menor altura en ellas. Este juego de planos horizontales tendrá un carácter escultural y se formalizará con malla de acero ligera y transparente, accionándose a modo de juego de marionetas desde lo alto.


The proposal suggests a double character of conservation and renovation. On the one hand, the continuity of the ball game space sheltered by the existing building, in which only interventions are made for its restoration and adaptation to the different regulations. On the other, creating in the space of the game itself and starting from it, a space of possibility, which houses other uses at times and occasions in which the ball game is not taking place. The key is to consider the ways to generate the different partitions of the game in a more careful way.

The track division and transformation system is made with glass and mesh, materials that allow transparency and flexibility. A system of mobilization of the vertical panels is proposed, which can be collected at the end of the track, leaving the space completely open for the game to take place. These same panels will make up at other times a system of rooms of different sizes, capable of Host various private activities, which can be managed through a space rental system: exhibitions, conference rooms, product tastings, presentations, etc. These smaller rooms also require less ceiling height, so a system of hanging plans that are moved by rails will allow them to be more or less high. This game of horizontal planes will have a sculptural character and will be formalized with a light and transparent steel mesh, acting like a puppet game from above.
